That’s right, I’m giving away 2 Free Tacos on Tuesday, November 16th after 2pm. No coupon or anything. Just show up after 2pm and say, “Gimme your Free Tacos!” Or something less aggressive. You don’t want people thinking you’re pulling some kind of taco-hold-up or anything. Ask nicely and ye shall receive.

Happy Taco-ing.

WinCo Deals November 5, 2010

Filed under: Deals — swingingsarr @ 4:15 pm

So today my dad told me at 8:30am that WinCo had bananas for $.18/lb.  I went today about 1pm and got those and raw almonds for $1.98/lb.  AMAZING.  Nadene was just there and said the 10 lb. bag of potatoes are .68 I believe.  So there are some AMAZING deals.

Also, my FAVORITE brand of cereal now is MOM’s BEST natural.  The boxes there are $1.39: The Honey Nut Os taste JUST like Cheerios and their Frosted Wheat cereal is just like Kelloggs Mini Wheats.

WinCo doesn’t usually run ads (unless a store is opening), so we are guessing that is why these prices are so good, and I saw they are opening a WinCo in Everett (yeah for Jolie) and some where else.  All this to say, I have NO idea how long these items will be on sale, but it’s worth a trip (especially because you’ll always find a good deal on something there).

P.S. I am thinking about posting weekly grocery deals again for the MSVL area may be starting around the first of the year.  If you think you would regularly use this, would you tell me, e-mail me, or comment?  I’ll make a decision after polling interest.  I am just finding that I want to share this info as I keep talking to peeps about saving $ and me wanting them to be a good steward of it.
